Chris LaCour is an aquatics instructor for NYHRC since 2014. After a snowboarding injury and subsequent back surgery, Chris was introduced to water workouts to promote rehabilitation. With his new workout regime, he fully recovered and also gained the body he always wanted without having to lift weights. Chris’ classes are high energy, creative and a heart-pumping, full-body workouts. He is always introducing new moves to keep the routine fresh in the pool.
